Clarity Hearing Care was founded on a simple frustration: hearing care in Singapore had become a sales counter. We built the opposite.
Our story
It began with one father who wouldn't go.
In 2010, our founder Jasmine watched her own father decline three hearing tests. He wasn't stubborn — he was embarrassed, and every clinic he'd walked past felt like a showroom.
A year later she opened a single consultation room in Novena with two rules: no commissions, and no appointment shorter than forty-five minutes. Those two rules still run the practice.
Today three audiologists and a patient care team look after families across Singapore — many of them second generation, sons and daughters bringing in the parents who once brought them.
